The hotel is located in a convenient spot in Kingston, with easy access to nearby shops, pubs, and restaurants. While the rooms struggled to cool well in some areas and lacked a few TV channels, the sunny balcony provided a nice touch for a longer stay. The service was warm and welcoming, with friendly staff greeting us upon our late arrival. The dining experience offered fresh fruits, a simple yet refreshing option. The location is excellent for exploring Kingston, with shops and dining options just steps away and the beautiful new lakeside development close by.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were well equipped with a full modern kitchen, living area, and dining table, but they were relatively small and could get hot and stuffy even with the windows open on cold nights. The service was friendly upon arrival, but there were some instances where I felt ignored. The location in Kingston was great, with pubs, restaurants, and a supermarket nearby, although it was not perfect. The dining experience featured local fresh products. Overall, the facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
